Private Relay Hub-and-Spoke

Applicable version: technical preview. Private relay capacity planning, fault domain isolation, and multi-site failover dynamics require validation in operator environments.

Three frp-tun sites connect via direct P2P mesh when reachable, falling back to a private frps/STCP Hub for encrypted datagram transport when direct paths fail.

The private relay hub never terminates WireGuard encryption and must not function as a general-purpose router for site subnets. It serves strictly as a controlled fallback transport waypoint for encrypted underlay carriers.

Operators deploying private hubs must enforce distinct authentication credentials, principle of least privilege network policies, and independent monitoring for relay bandwidth and system resources.
